Karlie & Dan were married in the majestic, beautifully lit, St. John Catholic Church in Bangor, ME this past Saturday on May 30. The weather couldn't have been more perfect- the sun was shining and the cool spring breeze made for a comfortable wedding day! Karlie was a stunning bride in her long beaded, lace white gown worn ever so gracefully. Dan was the happiest groom you will ever see- his smile lit up the entire room! I really enjoyed my time with this playful couple! Lots of laughter and goofing around went into this easy does it day.
There was not a dry eye during the ceremony while the bride & groom exchanged vows to one another. I think I speak for everyone when I say, the overall feeling while seated in the pews was a heart-warming one. The connection Dan & Karlie had with Father Timothy Nedeau was felt throughout the entire church.
The reception was filled with lots of music & dancing, personalized cocktails & touching speeches. Loads of laughter shared with close friends & family while grandparents shared a wise piece of advice- "Always listen to one another". DJ Ed McCurdy sure knew all the right jams to get this wedding party on the floor!
Thank you again Karlie & Dan for inviting me to capture your big day- it was truly an honor!
